Insurance are used by certain devious minds now as a investment option and for others as a source of income as well. Your Mind and Health

Life is amazing. We wake up in the morning and depending on our thoughts and experiences, determines how well we live and feel about ourselves.

I have learned the following 2 things that has dramatically changed my life and brought me lots of happiness in well-being the last few months.

1) Mind – Our Mind and thoughts determines everything around us. “If you change the way you look at things, they things you look at changes”. It is very amazing and extraordinary true. It is not easy to control thoughts but when we start de-hypnotizing from our habits in the past and start reprogramming our minds with positive things, we start being happier and more positive. It takes 21 days to develop or break any habit. Therefore when we have a negative thought, we need to switch it immediately to a positive thought. It has increasing benefits in our health and mood. It is not easy but really possible with practice. We can either take action in our life or let the world decide how we are going to live.

2) Health – The first step to health is the fuel we put in our bodies; Nutrition. What we eat determines how we feel and function. I started eating lots of organic fruits and vegetables and even juicing and have felt extreme benefits, overall. It is amazing. I have seen documentaries that it cures cancer by just eating the right foods, non processed and whole foods. There has to be a reason God created us in the garden and gave us all natural foods. God is perfect and I know if it was healthier to eat processed foods he would have provided it for us in the beginning of times.

A simpler, healthier, and significant life is the way to live. Just my opinion. I am beginning to learn this simple basics and no one ever took the time to teach me, but am in a life long process of learning how to be more successful, happier, and significant. I want to make a difference in as many people as I can. To help others brings extreme happiness but first we need to build and help ourselves.

Cycling For Fun And Health

With the busy and hectic schedules we are having now, it would be relaxing to have a hobby that can relieve your stress and can relax you after a day’s of hard toil and labor. It does not have to be something that will require you to shed cash, the enjoyment and the fun, plus a health benefit bonus, will be just what you can have. And if you are wondering what hobby would this be, my answer is that why don’t you try cycling?

Cycling can be a good hobby to divert form the hustle and bustle of modern busy life, and your work of course. This can definitely relieve you form the stress that you are getting everyday as well as the boredom that the way things are working in your routine every day.

Cycling is also a fun and healthy way that can stimulate you to keep on striving and work for more.

Not to mention, that nowadays, there are so many modes of transport that spending some with your cycle can be a refreshing and a relaxing one.

Some people may say that cycling can be somewhat childish, but I beg to disagree here. Pedaling actually takes extra work, in fact sometimes you can experience pain, and so what is the childish thing about it?

Whether these people will believe it or not, cycling can really offer fun and give you the proper health stability that you need.

Here are some of the reasons why I said this so:

1. It is primarily good for your heart. In fact, cycling can be considered as the second best thing next to running in improving the state of your heart. Cycling is well-rounded way of remaining in shape and at the same time increasing your cardiovascular health.

In fact, and this has been proven, cycling can amazingly decrease your risk of having a heart disease.

2. It can promote a fitness that includes your full body. Cycling can be indeed the best workout for your entire body; most particularly so, for your lower body. If you want to focus the development in your hip, leg, and even the improve muscle tones and at the same time trimming down your waist, then cycling is really for you.

3. It is a low-impact type of exercise. This activity will not put too much strain on your joints and bones that other exercises and gym workouts activities can do.

These strains can eventually diminish your health and even damage your body in the long run. Cycling is one activity that can give you proper fitness but not to the extent of damaging any part of your body, in fact it can help in retaining your bones and joints in good health.

4. It is therapeutic and may even relieve you of stress. Nowadays, many people are taking up cycling and getting a serene and calm type of exercise that will also make them fit and healthy.

5. What makes it fun is that cycling can include all the members of your family and even some of your friends. It is not something exclusive that only you can take part and enjoy. You can even have riding excursions with them and all of you can share quality and fun time together.

6. And finally, with all the complexities of life, cycling can help you look around and appreciate the nuances and beauty of your surroundings. It can teach you to appreciate nature and its wonders; you will feel that you need to slow down in order to get more out of life. And mind you, it is going to be one sure-fire deal of an experience!

I’ve seen lots of confusion as to what is “good nutrition”. I’ve seen lots of confusion on what supplements are and confusion as to the difference between vitamins and herbs. I’ve seen these definitions not understood and used incorrectly. Let’s get down to basics.

What your body needs

There are forty nutrients that cannot be made in the body. They are essential fatty acids, 15 vitamins, 14 minerals, and 10 amino acids. Collectively these forty nutrients are the body’s requirements to function optimally. All the forty nutrients work together; therefore, the lack of any one can result in deficiencies that can create problems for your health.

Where do you get these nutrients? From the food we eat.

When do we supplement? You supplement these vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and amino acids when you aren’t getting what your body needs from food you are eating.

Yes, that’s where organic unprocessed foods come in. You get more of these forty nutrients when you get it from real food, not processed foods with a list of “other ingredients” on the label.

Organic foods are certified organic products that have been grown and processed according to strict standards.
